- Account and access help — sign-in problems, access-code questions, membership status.
- Newsletter questions — opt-in and opt-out help, missing editions.
- Data corrections — a price, date, or company detail on a stock page or in the record that looks wrong. Tell us the ticker and what you saw; corrections are verified against the underlying data before anything changes.
- Privacy requests — access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Partnerships and advertising — syndication, data licensing, and sponsorship inquiries.
- Press — interview and background requests.
What email can't do
- Personalized investment advice. Trifecta Signals is an educational screening and research publication. We can't tell you what to do with your own portfolio, and emails asking for personal recommendations won't be answered with one.
- Brokerage support. We aren't a broker and have no access to your brokerage account — orders, fills, and account issues belong with your broker.
- Real-time alerts. Signals are published on the site on the daily cycle described in Using the screener; the inbox isn't a monitoring channel.
