Everything published on this site — including the signals, statistics, track record, groups, and commentary — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial advice, and it is not investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing here is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or to follow any particular investment strategy.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. The track record shown is a historical, rules-based record computed from market and SEC filing data believed to be reliable but not guaranteed as to accuracy or completeness. It is not the performance of any actual investment account, and no representation is made that any person will, or is likely to, achieve similar results. Investing and trading involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal.
Always do your own research, and consult a licensed financial advisor or other qualified professional before making any investment decision. By using this site you acknowledge that your investment decisions are your own, and that the publisher accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from the use of this information.
About this record: backfill of 2022-01-04 to 2026-10-22; returns since trigger measured to the 2026-10-23 close, split/dividend adjusted.
Fundamentals and market cap are point-in-time: SEC EDGAR facts as originally filed on or before each signal date; shares outstanding from the closest filing on or before the signal date. The signal log is append-only — a stock admitted at its trigger date is never removed, even if it later falls below the size floors.
An Early signal that never confirms within its confirmation window is closed out: it leaves the Current tab, its live figures freeze at closeout, and it moves to the separate never-confirmed list on the Track Record tab, labelled CLOSED — never confirmed. All performance statistics on this page are computed over confirmed signals only (n=12490 of 19555 Early signals), shown from both entries — the Early trigger and the confirmation cross — because the two decision points are graded separately. Never-confirmed signals feed no statistic.
Signals from different share classes of the same issuer landing close together are counted once in these statistics, and a name that stops trading stays in the record, marked DELISTED.
Category: Quality = passed the screener's point-in-time fundamental health checks at the signal date; Junk = did not, and was admitted on a stricter size basis. The exact category tests are part of the member methodology.
The REVENUE ↑ / REVENUE ↓ marker shows point-in-time TTM revenue growth at the signal date (SEC filings available by then): green when revenue was still growing, red when it was shrinking, absent when it cannot be established point-in-time. It is shown as information, not used as an admission gate.
The WASHOUT / CAPITULATION / EXHAUSTION groups rank Quality signals by the strength of the bottom evidence present at the trigger, measured in an October 2026 study of the confirmed cohort: WASHOUT (85% finished positive since trigger vs 63% for all confirmed, mean +38%); CAPITULATION (77%, mean +59%); EXHAUSTION (75%, mean +32% — small sample, early evidence). Groups are mutually exclusive: every confirmed signal sits in exactly one. A ▼ DOWNTREND group replaces any bottom-evidence group for certain repeat triggers, identified by a proprietary method. The groups prioritize investigation only — they are not an admission gate, and Junk signals earn none. The evidence tests behind each group are part of the member methodology.
Universe is US exchange-listed stocks only (NASDAQ / NYSE / NYSE American / NYSE Arca / Cboe) — no OTC. Survivorship caveat: the universe is built from current listings, so companies delisted before the backfill do not appear.
The +30/+60/+90-day columns count only signals whose full horizon had elapsed by 2026-10-23; younger signals show —. The full methodology — trigger thresholds, confirmation rules, category tests, and group evidence tests — is proprietary. This site is an educational screening tool, not investment advice.
Every Early signal as it triggers — newest first, grouped by week. 19,555 signals since January 2022; tap a group pill to see only the flagship setups.
Groups, category, market cap, status and search live on the screener toolbar above. The filters below apply on top of those.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and
Trifecta Signals ("Trifecta Signals,"
"we," "us"), the publisher of the Trifecta Signals service (the
"Service"), available at trifectasignals.com. By creating
an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1.1 Trifecta Signals is an educational stock-screening and research
publication. It publishes the output of a rules-based screening process:
signals, statistics, a historical signal record, market commentary, and
related research material (collectively, "Content").
1.2 The Service is not investment advice. Trifecta Signals is not a
registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing
in the Service is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell
any security, and nothing is personalized to your financial situation.
Signals identify securities that met a screening pattern on a past date;
they are not predictions and not instructions to trade.
1.3 Past performance does not predict future results. Historical
signal statistics describe what happened after past signals under stated
measurement rules. They do not guarantee that any future signal will
perform similarly, and most individual signals will not match any average.
1.4 You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Consult
a licensed financial professional before acting on any information in the
Service.
2.1 A portion of the signal record is published publicly, free of charge,
as a good-faith representation of the screening process's history.
2.2 Restatement. We correct the record when we find errors. Figures,
classifications, and statistics may be revised retroactively when data
errors or methodology corrections are identified, and revisions apply to
the whole record rather than to a versioned snapshot. The record as
displayed at any time supersedes earlier displays. We may announce
material restatements to members, but we do not warrant that any figure
displayed at a particular moment is final or error-free.
2.3 Market and fundamentals data are obtained from third-party sources
(exchanges, SEC filings, data vendors) believed to be reliable but not
guaranteed. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or erroneous, and the
Service may contain errors despite reasonable care.
3.1 Registration. Certain Content requires a free account.
Registration requires a valid email address and a password, or sign-in
through Google. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
3.2 Accuracy and security. Provide accurate registration information
and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account
and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any
unauthorized use.
3.3 One person per account. Accounts are individual. You may not
share your account, credentials, or member access with any other person.
3.4 Verification. Member features may require email verification
before they activate. We may suspend accounts registered with false
information.
4.1 Paid membership. Some Content ("Member Content") requires a paid
subscription or a valid access code (Section 4.5). Prices, billing
periods, and any introductory terms are as shown at checkout, which forms
part of these Terms.
4.2 Automatic renewal and price step-ups. Subscriptions renew
automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price
for your plan, until cancelled. If your plan includes an introductory
price that steps up (for example, a reduced price for an initial period
followed by the standard price), the full price path, the step-up date or
period, and the standard price are disclosed at checkout, and we will
send a reminder email before the first charge at the stepped-up price.
Your continued subscription after a step-up constitutes agreement to the
stepped-up price.
4.3 Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not
collect or store your full payment-card details. You authorize Stripe to
charge your payment method for subscription fees and renewals.
4.4 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the customer
portal linked from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals
and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Member Content
remains available until then. Fees already paid are not refunded, in
whole or in part, except where required by law.
4.5 Access codes. We may issue access codes that grant Member Content
access without payment, at our sole discretion (for example, to
designated communities, beta participants, or reviewers). Codes are
non-transferable, may carry redemption limits and expiration dates, and
may be revoked prospectively at any time. Redeeming a code does not
create a subscription, and code-granted access may be ended if these
Terms are violated. Codes have no cash value.
4.6 Founding and promotional pricing. Promotional or founding rates
(including any lifetime-locked rate) apply only to the account that
enrolled under them, are not transferable, and end if the subscription
lapses or is terminated for violation of these Terms.
4.7 Taxes. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be
added at checkout where required.
Advertising. Trifecta Signals may display third-party advertisements (including through Google AdSense) on the Service. Members with a paid subscription are not shown advertisements while signed in. Members whose access is granted through an access code may be shown advertisements. Advertisements are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, and their appearance is not an endorsement by Trifecta Signals.
5.1 Limited license. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view Content for
your own personal, non-commercial use.
5.2 Ownership. The Service, the screening methodology, and all
Content are the property of Trifecta Signals,
or its licensors and are protected
by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual-property laws. The
screening methodology itself (including all parameters, rules, and
construction methods) is a trade secret of Trifecta Signals and is not
disclosed by, and may not be inferred as licensed under, these Terms.
5.3 You agree not to:
(a) redistribute, republish, resell, sublicense, or share Member Content,
in whole or in part, in any medium;
(b) share, post, or disclose your access code or credentials;
(c) copy, scrape, or harvest Member Content by automated means, or
access the Service by automated means except as expressly allowed;
(d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the screening
methodology from the Service or its outputs, for the purpose of
creating a competing product or service;
(e) frame, mirror, or bulk-republish the public record as a competing
product or service;
(f) use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
5.4 Permitted citation. You may quote brief excerpts of the *public*
(non-member) record and statistics with clear attribution to Trifecta
Signals and a link to trifectasignals.com, for commentary, news, or
educational purposes.
5.5 Member markings. Member Content may carry a notice identifying
the account it is licensed to. Removing or obscuring such notices is a
violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which
describes what information we collect (including your email address and
account activity) and how it is used. Authentication credentials are
stored by our authentication provider, not on our website.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any
time. Screening rules may change; changes apply to the record as provided
in Section 2.2. We will give members reasonable notice of material changes
to paid features. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis, and
we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE,"
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY
WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) TRIFECTA SIGNALS WILL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT OR TRADING LOSSES, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING FROM
USE OF THE SERVICE OR CONTENT; AND (B) TRIFECTA SIGNALS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR
ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID
TO TRIFECTA SIGNALS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF
YOU PAID NOTHING).
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms,
including any redistribution of Member Content or sharing of access, with
or without notice. Sections 1, 2, 5.2, 5.3, 8, 9, and 11 survive
termination. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time
(Section 4.4).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without
regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these
Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts
located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to their
jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be
announced to account holders by email or in-Service notice before they
take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes
acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining
provisions remain in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and your
checkout terms are the entire agreement between you and Trifecta Signals regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a
waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection
with a sale of the Service or the business.
